Standard weekly rentals run from
Saturday to Saturday, but other requests for less than a week may
be considered, schedule permitting.
Requests for a minimum of a 3 night stay
reservation at $400.00 per night for 1-4 people or $450.00 per night
for 5-6 people will be considered..

Reservations are confirmed upon receiving
a 50% deposit.

deposit required to be sent with your final 50%
house reservation deposit. If
there is no damage security
deposit is mailed to you immediately after inspection by
caretaker upon your departure.
Balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations made within the 60 days of your arrival date are non-refundable (except
for security deposit) unless alternate guests are booked for that
date. If alternate guests are booked, we will refund your reservation
in full.
Last minute reservations may
be considered, depending on availability, but must be paid in full with
cashier's check or money order.
We will
refund in full or reschedule your reservations, your option, if there
is a Hurricane Warning issued for the Abacos by the National Weather
Service (N.O.A.A.) within one week of your arrival date.
If
you are already at the house and a Hurricane Warning is issued by
N.O.A.A., then we will divide the number of nights you have stayed
into the weekly rate and only charge you for the nights that you
have stayed, and will refund the difference or apply it to another
stay (your option).
For advanced reservation deposits and payments - personal
checks will be accepted.
For last minute reservations, less than 20 days,
full payment is required with cashier’s
check or money order.
